By using the Split Sea Tours website and booking our services, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Our Services

Split Sea Tours is a boat tour booking platform that connects travelers with verified local boat operators. We offer group tours and private charters along the Croatian Adriatic coast.

Bookings

When making a booking, you agree to the following:

• A booking is only confirmed after receiving an email confirmation
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking information
• You must arrive at the boarding location at least 15 minutes before departure

Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept most credit and debit cards.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy:

• Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours before departure
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows
• In case of weather-related cancellations, we offer a full refund or rebooking

Limitation of Liability

Split Sea Tours acts as an intermediary between you and boat operators. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held liable for the actions or omissions of individual operators. All boats have the necessary licenses and insurance.

Safety

All guests must follow the crew's safety instructions. The captain has the right to refuse boarding or terminate a tour if safety is compromised. Alcohol is permitted in moderation, but excessive consumption may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Split, Croatia.
